Danish Brotherhood Hall was a fraternal organization meeting hall for Danish immigrants.  Danish immigrants were usually from the Scandinavian countries of Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.  Danish Brotherhood Hall was built in 1915 and was located at 1775 West Forest in the Woodbridge neighborhood, on Detroit's west side.  This building consists of a large auditorium with balcony, several smaller meeting rooms, offices, kitchen area and bathrooms. ...

In the buildings last days, it was bought by a church organization and became The Prayer Missionary Temple Church of God in Christ.  The church abandoned the property in 2001 and the building has sat vacant ever since.

As of 2015, Danish Brotherhood Hall still sits abandoned.  There are no current plans to do anything with the property.
